Breakdown
|
After a nite of skating we were just sitting there listening to music. She started hysterically crying. We didnt know what the hell was going on. It was over an hour and not stop. She was shaking and breathing in short spurts. God we were so scared. She was having a breakdown. Shes terrified of him. She told us almost nothing but so much. But theres so much more. So much thats unspeakable... that can't be put into words. And theres nothing can be said to comfort her. What could you say? We could tell her its going to be alright, but we dont even know. We were scared too. So we all sat there and hugged her. We were this huge emotional heap of people crying hysterically. We realized all our stupid petty problems dont matter. After 3 hours this stopped, but its not over. This had been going on for months, and it cant just stop, and it wont. She'll go home to it again. And all of us are emotional trainwrecks. Shes 14.. she cant worry about this stuff. We cant worry about it. Its too much. We ourselves are on the verge of breaking down. But we have to stay strong... for her. This isnt happening... but it is. Last night, we all came together. Our stupid fights, how we are annoying, or maybe dont even trust everyone of us all the time, it didnt matter. Last night changed us.
